Ms. Masebolaoa Sebolaoa is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (CA). Her professional experience includes serving as the long-term Chief Financial Officer for the Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA). Masebolaoa brings expertise in treasury operations, financial management, human resources management, corporate governance, procurement, taxation and risk oversight. She has served and is still serving in board-level roles, as a Non-Executive Director, providing oversight of financial stewardship, compliance, and organizational performance in various organizations such Stanlib Lesotho, Habitat for Humanity Lesotho and Centre for Accounting Studies. Masebolaoa is a past Council Member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA), where she chaired both the Quality Assurance and Disciplinary committees. Her governance acumen is further reinforced by international committee representation where she served in boards or board committees of bodies such as the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO), Communications Regulators Association of Southern Africa (CRASA) and the Western Indian Ocean Cable Company (WIOCC). Masebolaoa is currently a freelance consultant and a farmer.
