CBS and DNS Technologies Host Successful Technology Conference in Maseru

Computer Business Solutions, in collaboration with Mauritius-based DNS Technologies, successfully hosted a three-day Technology Conference from 20th to 22nd May 2026, bringing together technology professionals from a wide range of local organizations, at Lancers Inn Hotel in Maseru. The conference focused on emerging and mission-critical technologies shaping the future of modern business and public sector operations, including Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Back-ups and Managed Services. More than 60 delegates representing various CBS clients attended the event, which served as a strategic platform for knowledge-sharing, engagement and technology awareness. To provide global insights and technical expertise, subject matter specialists from international technology vendors including SoftLabs Ainfinite, Belcloud, PaloAlto and KeepIt were invited to address participants. The experts engaged attendees through presentations, discussions and interactive sessions aimed at demonstrating how modern digital solutions can help organizations improve operational efficiency, security and resilience. The conference also highlighted the strategic partnership between CBS and DNS Technologies, with CBS serving as the local implementation and support partner in Lesotho. Through this collaboration, local organizations will gain access to internationally recognized technology solutions and services tailored to their operational needs. Organizers noted that the event created an opportunity for local clients to learn more about the latest global technology trends and solutions available through CBS and its international partners. Computer Business Solutions (CBS) sponsored Mazenod High School and other surrounding schools at a high-powered Back-to-School event held in Mazenod in January, 2025. CBS donated school bags and pencil cases to 40 needy students as part of its CSI initiatives. The event was graced with the presence of the Minister of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation, Hon. Nthati Moorosi, and the the Principal Secretary, Mr Kanono Ramashamole.

Litsakajoe CBS Soccer Tournament Brings Hope and Development to Berea Plateau

Computer Business Solutions (CBS) and Lits’akajoe Club’s biennial soccer tournament just wrapped up in the Berea Plateau last month! The tournament brought together 16 community teams, with Manka FC emerging victorious after an exciting final on Jan 11. Beyond sports, this M200,000 initiative has been boosting local businesses and creating opportunities for youth in the Berea community since 2017. After lasting the latter half of the 2024 festive season, the final event was attended by several government ministers and sports officials. Ts’epang Nkoe Wins Top Student Awards at NUL Graduations

Massive Congratulations to Ts’epang Nkoe, who made a clean sweep on Thursday 10th October, 2024, racking up four subject awards at his graduation at the National University of Lesotho (NUL). Ts’epang won two awards from Computer Business Solutions (CBS), as Best Student in B. Eng. Computer Systems & Networks, and Best Student in CISCO Networking. He was also honoured as Best Student in Information and Computer Technology, as well as Best Student in Information Technology by other organizations. Amidst deafening cheers and ululation, Ts’epang approached the August stage at Netherlands Hall all of four times, to receive his accolades. The smart student was conferred a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems and Networks degree in the FIRST CLASS at the 49th Convocation on NUL Campus at Roma in 2024. Congratulations, graduate!
