The
purpose of the awards is to create a global and
unique marketing tool for the company or institution
and also to enhance excellence in industry and to
set a bench mark. PMR award is also an indicator of
a company or institution’s competencies.
The awards are the culmination of a research process
whereby companies and institutions are rated based
on respondents perceptions with a strong focus on
evaluating and measuring customer service and
customer satisfaction.
Computer Business Solutions, for the past four (4)
years have consistently been awarded Gold and
Diamond Arrow awards in the categories of IT
Consulting Company and IT Sales Services Company
respectively, and 2011 is no exception.
